MYcell FOAM
MYcell is one of the ProCell foam, this product is imported especially for wind energy, marine, transportation etc. It is widely used in various kinds of composites area, it can be used in closed mould process, such hand lay-up and vacuum infusion. MYcell is a PVC foam, which has been already approved by the global blade , Marine manufacturer, and etc. MYcell is a product of closed, cross-linked structure, it is a high-qualified product because of its better in strength, stiffness and toughness. The performance has been approved by users.
Advantage:
MYcell has good compatibility with resin of polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy etc. MYcell can be used in Sandwich structure, the application is very wide, including wind energy, marine and sports, transportation, offshore engineering, industrial area and so on. MYcell is a closed structure core material, has a good performance of low resin absorption, better interfacial adhesion, better chemical resistance and thermal insulation. MYcell has a maximum thickness at 80mm. MYcell has been approved by GL.
