Bulked Cargo Transportation

Sudomech Supply Ltd disposes of its own specialized trucks with more than 200 mі of total capacity. Due to our long-term experience of luboils’ transportation, particularly, under ambient conditions of Russian North-West, these trucks have been ordered, designed and manufactured abroad and they are equipped with all necessary machinery & control devices.

Our trucks have 4–5 separate sections of different capacity what enables to transport simultaneously different grades of oil. The data of section capacity are mentioned below:

The trucks can be loaded via upper access openings (3.3 m by height), bottom manifold or by the pump (via oil-meter or without). Also some overflow sensors are used.

There are two ways to unload a truck as follows:

• Direct gravity drainage from every section of the tank;
• Forced pumping (via oil-meter or without).

It is also possible to unload the truck using flexible hoses, up to 60 m long (available as extra equip of truck).

Depending on amount, density and temperature of oil, the discharge takes on average 2.5–4.5 hours.

All our oil-carriers are equipped with the oil-meters which pass tests & maintenance on regular basis.

Some of our oil trucks have also thermo-insulated sections with autonomous heating system, filled with thermal fluid, which enables the delivery of high-viscosity oils in the cold season for a long distance, including Polar Regions of the Russian Federation.

The trucks of Sudomech Supply Ltd are used by such companies as ExxonMobil Corp., Royal Dutch Shell and Lukoil for transportation of marine cylinder and circulating oils. Products
