Shell Omala Oil S2 G Omala S2 G68 Omala S2 G68 Omala S2 G68 Omala S2 G68 |
Shell Omala Oils S2 G (ex. Omala Oils) are high quality, lead-free, extreme-pressure oils designed, primarily, for the lubrication of heavy-duty industrial gears. Their high load carrying capacity and anti- friction characteristics combine to offer superior performance in gears and other industrial applications. | Shell Omala S2 G are formulated
using high viscosity index, solvent
refined, base oils and incorporate a
special sulphur-phosphorus additive
to provide an extreme pressure
performance which allow trouble free
application in following areas:
|
Meets the ISO 12925-1 Type CKC
specification. Meets the David Brown S1.53.101 specification |
Shell Omala Oil S4 GX Omala S4 GX 68 Omala S4 GX 220 Omala S4 GX 320 Omala S4 GX 460 |
Shell Omala Oil S4 GX (ex. Omala HD) products are an advanced synthetic heavy-duty industrial gear oil offering outstanding lubrication performance under severe operating conditions, including improved energy efficiency, long service life and high resistance to micro-pitting for optimal gear protection. | Enclosed industrial reduction gear
systems operating under severe
operating conditions, such as high
load, very low or elevated temperatures
and wide temperature variations.
|
Meets the ISO 12925-1 Type CKD specification. Meets the ANSI/AGMA 9005-D94 specification. Meets the US Steel 224 specification. Fulfill the requirements of and is approved by Flender AG. Meets the David Brown S1.53.101 specification. Compatibility and Miscibility Seal and paint compatibility - Shell Omala S4 GX is compatible with all seal materials and paints normally specified for use with mineral oils. |
Shell Omala Oil S3 GP Omala S3 GP220 Omala S3 GP320 |
Shell Omala S3 GP oil provides extreme-load protection and performance for industrial gears. It is designed to help solve problems associated with worn, misaligned and contaminated gears. It is an oil that you can rely on to help prevent foaming and water contamination, which can reduce gear performance under extreme pressure and contaminated conditions. | Enclosed industrial gearboxes – for severe operating
conditions
such as those found in heavy industry applications like
steel
manufacturing. The extra-extreme-pressure performance
provides
additional protection in worn, misaligned or contaminated
gear sets. Additional protection against the localised, high-pressure contacts that occur during shock loading Suitable for bearings and other components in circulating and splash-lubricated systems |
Shell Omala S3 GP meets the requirements of a wide range
of industrial bodies and equipment manufacturers, and is available in viscosity
grades ISO 220,320, 460,
680 and 1500. Meets requirements ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02 (EP) DIN 51517-3 (CLP), except ISO 1500 Arcelor Mittal FT163 ISO 12925-1 Type CKD, except ISO 1500 David Brown S1.53.101E, except ISO 1500 US Steel 224 |
Shell Morlina Oil S4 B Morlina S4 B68 Morlina S4 B100 Morlina S4 B150 Morlina S4 B220 Morlina S4 B320 Morlina S4 B680 |
Shell Morlina S4 B (ex. Omala RL) is a high
performance synthetic bearing
and circulation lubricant, based on
synthesized hydrocarbon fluids. It offers outstanding lubrication performance under severe operating conditions, including improved energy efficiency and long service life. |
|
Meets the ISO 12925-1 Type CKS specification. Compatibility and Miscibility Shell Morlina S4 B is compatible with all seal materials and paints normally specified for use with mineral oils. |
Shell Omala Oil S4 WE220 Omala S4 WE220 |
Shell Omala S4 WE 220 (ex. Tivela Oil S 220) is an
advanced synthetic heavy-duty
industrial gear oil formulated using
specially selected polyalkylene
glycol base fluids and additives. It offers outstanding lubrication performance under severe operating conditions, including improved energy efficiency, long service life and high resistance to micro-pitting. |
|
Meets the David Brown Type G specification. Compatibility and Miscibility High quality epoxy paints are recommended, as polyalkylene glycols will tend to attack certain conventional paints. Shell Tivela Oil S 220 has been found to be satisfactory with nitrile and Viton seal materials, although Viton seals are preferred. |
